meeting my heroes: a love letter to the cribs
Happy 2013!
This year started out with a BANG! for me. I went to see The Cribs in Brisbane, 4 January 2013, and I was lucky enough to meet them after the gig. I was transformed from a fan of the music to a fan of the band when I first saw The Cribs live February 2010 in Melbourne. Ryan Jarman once tweeted that there is no such thing as a casual cribs fan (more or less), he was right.

The Cribs are coming to Australia!
Finally, after a close to 3 years wait, the news I’ve been anticipating was announced last week. The Cribs were announced as part of the line-up for Pyramid Rock Festival, in Phillip Island Victoria this coming New Year’s holiday period.
EXCITEMENT.
Crossing my fingers for sideshows in Melbourne AFTER new year, as I will be holidaying back home up til then.
